Independent software developer Steve Glinberg today is pleased to announce the updated release of 123 Color HD Talking Coloring Book for iPad; a talking coloring book that teaches numbers and letters in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, and German. 123 Color HD’s learning activities challenge children to color segments of a drawing.
