Washington based developer Sean Berry today announces Algebra Touch 1.1 for iOS, an update to his educational app for learning and practicing algebra. Particular attention has been given to the user interface, making usage so intuitive that solving math problems feels more like a game than an academic exercise. New York based MultiEducator, Inc. introduces Battleships of the US Navy 1.0 for the iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. Third in their “History on the Go” series of iPhone apps, it features more than 260 high resolution photos that can be viewed in minute detail on the iPad. Besides an authoritative history of battleships, the app includes complete specs on all 22 classes, commissioned between 1895 and 1944.
