30 Million Plays as a Flash Game, Hex Empire now on the Apple App Store

NTT Resonant released an iOS game Hex Empire on the Apple App Store on December 13th. After 30 Million Plays as a Flash Game, Hex Empire is now available on iOS. Hex Empire is a Turn Based War Strategy Game similar to games like Risk and Catan. The iOS version is stage based, where a player can unlock up to 54 maps by collecting enough STARS. One to three STARS are awarded after every map based on the player’s score. The ultimate goal in Hex Empire is to be given the title of Emperor. Continue reading

Lead Wars gets Single Player, a Map Creator and new Rules of Battle

UK based DemonStudios today announces Lead Wars 1.1, an update to its Universal iOS turn-based skill/strategy war game. Lead Wars simulates a pencil and paper war game that can actually be played on a real piece of paper, the kind of which were popular in the days before portable gaming devices. The player controls a fleet of planes, tanks and artillery units around a hand-drawn battlefield. Version 1.1 adds a single-player vs-CPU mode, a Map Creator and new fully configurable rules of battle. Continue reading
