Independent iOS developer Chase Blossom, and the creator of Facemouth, a popular app for Apple’s iPhone, has been sent a cease and desist letter from Facebook for trademark infringement for the use of ‘Face’. The Facemouth app lets you create videos as your favorite celebrity by using your device’s front facing camera and superimposing your mouth on a chosen celebrity.
