In a preemptive move, attorneys for mobile app developer RC3, Inc., makers of the iPhone/iPad/Android app “Joustin’ Beaver” filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber’s lawyers originally asked that the game be removed from iTunes and the Android Market and that RC3, Inc. provide them with a complete record of accounting.
