Avantar has released the Yellow Pages app for Apple’s new iPad mobile computer. Currently the new Yellow Pages iPad design is pending approval by Apple, but is expected to launch on the iPad release date or shortly thereafter. This release follows the extraordinary success of the Yellow Pages apps and preferred GPS-enabled directories in both the iPhone and Android. Salt Lake City based Avantar announces today the release of the Yellow Pages app for Android mobile devices. The release marks Avantar’s first offering in the Android Marketplace and follows the success of the company’s much-downloaded Yellow Pages app for the iPhone and iPod touch.
