Perceptive Automation Releases Indigo 5.1 – Mac Home Automation Server

Perceptive Automation today announced Indigo 5.1, an update to the company’s intelligent home control server for Mac OS X. Using Indigo’s plugin API, developers have released several plugins expanding Indigo’s hardware support for both European and U.S. customers. Plugins are also available that provide iPhone location tracking, weather data integration, and more. Other enhancements include INSTEON i2CS firmware compatibility, and support for the INSTEON FanLinc and Thermostat. Continue reading

Perceptive Automation today announces Indigo 5, an update to the company’s intelligent home control server for Mac OS X. Indigo now supports a plugin API that gives 3rd Party developers the ability to add native device types, trigger events, and actions. Built-in plugins include access to weather data, AV control, and EasyDAQ relay support. Other new features include a new complex condition editor, user interface improvements, and support for new and updated INSTEON devices. Continue reading
