In this game, the player puts together a wholesome picture from multiple elements on different layers rather than using only a single layer broken up into puzzle pieces. The game presents the player with a series of consecutive phases to allow them to assemble a picture step-by-step, starting with the background and ending with the foreground elements. Dresden based publisher, Planet Bildung today introduces Learn to count 1 to 10, their new children’s educational app developed for iPad. The app is part of a series of educational games for children and introduces the numbers from 1 to 10. To create a child-friendly learning environment, many graphical elements such as navigation, figures, numbers, and symbols were kneaded with modeling clay by hand. The Stardus Group today announces Crime – The Motion Comic 1.0 for iOS, their Entertainment app, a motion comic of the Crime graphic novel series originally published in 1995. A gritty tale of the drug lords and corrupt narcotics agents who fight for control of the drug trade in 1980′s Brooklyn, the app combines stylized graphical elements with contemporary editing, transitions, music, and visual/sound effects. Allowing free access to the world of Alter Aeon for Mac users, the game world is a realm of magic and monsters, with five character classes and over 250 spells and skills available to players. UK based Digital Heaven today announces DH_GridX and DH_WideSafeX, two brand new free plug-ins for the recently released Final Cut Pro X and Motion 5. DH_GridX creates a customisable grid which is useful for aligning elements on screen. DH_WideSafeX provides 4:3, 14:9 and 16:9 action and title safe areas whilst working in 16:9 aspect ratio sequences.
