Chicago based Robust Media has announced Jibber 1.0.1 an iOS app that utilizes the front-facing camera allowing users to create their own video impressions of others. A new photo can be taken instantly and used inside Jibber(TM), or an existing photo from the device’s camera roll can be selected and then cropped. Mirage Labs today announces Flexicorder 1.0 for the iPhone. A video recording app, Flexicorder allows both front and back cameras for iPhone 4 to be used during a single recording session leading to some interesting possibilities. Initial user testing revealed ways in which this feature was used. Some of the more popular uses were shooting self videos and outdoor shooting.
