iPhone app reduces tinnitus loudness

About 3% of the Western population suffer from tinnitus – a constant ringing sound experienced in one or both ears. Causal treatment strategies for tinnitus are not yet available. At the University of Muenster in Germany, researchers have discovered a therapy which significantly reduces the loudness of tinnitus. Now there’s an app for that: Tinnitus Pro Music Therapy.
