A new iPhone App from FoodEssentials allows consumers to scan any food label in-store and immediately access a complete list of ingredient properties. For the first time ever food labels will be customizable and instantly understandable. FoodEssentials Scanner 2.0 uses a traffic light system to show the presence and value of any allergen, additive, ingredient or nutrient as set by the user.
