Italian iOS app developer Fabrizio Bartolomucci today announces Virtual Tags 2.0, an update to his social augmented reality app for iOS devices. Virtual Tags allows users to create messages, known as clouds, based on their physical location which are then shared with other Virtual Tag users. These geotags are displayed on the screen of their mobile device as an overlay of the user’s physical environment, giving a real-time view of previous visitors to that location. Continue reading

Independent app developer Fabrizio Bernasconi has released Search Out 1.3. Search Out is an app for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch that quickly searches within Contacts, Calendar Events, iPod Library. It overcomes the limitation of research using Spotlight (included with iOS), which for example allows you to search a contact only by name.
