NAB Show BuZZ powered by the Digital Production BuZZ has successfully concluded its second year as the only official podcast of the NAB Show in Las Vegas. The BuZZ provided hourly live coverage of news and events from the convention floor, as well as hour-long Special Reports at the end of each day of the Show. Maarten Baas Analog Digital Clock now available for iPhone

Every year in Milan, Dutch designer Maarten Baas surprises and confuses the design audience by coming up with unpredictable concepts which often shake up the fixed borders of design. Baas is known for his handmade limited pieces, mostly made for museums and private collectors. This year, he didn’t work on a new collection, but instead developed his “Analog Digital Clock” into a one dollar iPhone app. Continue reading

Las Vegas SuperMeet To Be Live Video Streamed Over the Internet

The Final Cut Pro User Group Network today announced that the Ninth Annual Las Vegas SuperMeet, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in the Amazon Ballroom at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas, will be live video streamed over the Internet by Boinx Software and Zaplive.tv. Loader 2.0 is the smarter way to import media into Final Cut Pro

UK based Digital Heaven today announces Loader 2.0, a major new version of the Final Cut Pro companion application that streamlines the process of importing media. Significant enhancements include the ability to send imported files to an existing bin and custom audio conversion settings. Loader works alongside Final Cut Pro and appears as a small tab on the side of the screen. Loader also offers the ability to sort copied media into subfolders according to the file extension.
