Winkage is a new app offering a unique way to chat with groups, post pics and meet new people within the same venue. Users check-in at a location, like Foursquare, and interact with other checked-in users within a Twitter-like discussion board called the ChatterBox. They can also send a Wink to anyone at anytime. If accepted, they start a private chat. Unlike other social media, Winkage doesn’t leave a digital trail. The entire server is cleared everyday at 5 a.m. It’s fun without fallout. Continue reading
