iPad app Carter’s Encyclopedia of Health enters Top 10 in the App Store

Sydney based Mogeneration today announced that Carter’s Encyclopedia of Health and Medical has entered the Top 10 in the book category for paid iPad apps. As of April 3rd the app has charted as high as number 4 in the US and number 3 in Australia. The app covers the definitions and explanations of every medical term and health problem likely to be encountered by an individual, and should be detailed enough to cover all the information a nurse or paramedic is ever likely to need. Bull Stampede 1.0 Charges on to the App Store

Startup game development company Dobsoft Studios today releases Bull Stampede 1.0, their first title for iPhone and iPod touch devices. Bull Stampede offers gamers a fun new take on the endurance gameplay genre. It features a scaling difficulty level that increases as the user plays, while the “Macho Meter” mechanic gives the player a chance to slow the action down again. While dodging the oncoming bulls the player will also encounter damsels in distress and have the opportunity to rescue them. Continue reading
