For Children 1st to 4th grades, Bubbling Math helps kids practice elementary math operations. It is a real game, complete with levels, music, sounds, and awards. It also contains a module that allows parents to choose which types of tasks they want their children to practice, and to review wrong answers afterward. iPad version is available as well.
