How long does it take to receive my software?
After your order is approved, you will receive an email. At the bottom of the email (you may have to scroll down), you will see any instructions which the software house has provided. The registration code may be included in this email, or information as to when you can expect the supplier to send you the registration code. The email may include information as to how to download the product as well, if you have not already done so.

Please note that the software house delivers the registration code to you, not iUseMac. The email we sent you will always provide an email address for the software house support. Please write to the software house if you have any questions regarding the software.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal payments. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay. If you don't have a PayPal account you can use your credit card or bank account (where available) directly on the PayPal site.

Where can I find technical support or registration codes for a product I purchased through iUseMac?
iUseMac provides sales offers for thousands of software house worldwide. Technical support for this software is provided by the product manufacturer. iUseMac Refund / Return Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of product purchase by submitting a Refund Request to our customer care. Whenever we receive a refund request, we notify the product suppliers to give them an opportunity to resolve the dispute. Refund requests that have not been resolved within ten (15) calendar days are processed. For digital goods to be refunded the buyer must acknowledge that any continued use of digital goods constitutes a willful violation of copyright law, for which the buyer may be liable for substantial civil damages.
